Who we are

This website is run by Cloud Spring IT Solutions ("we", "us"). If you have any question about this policy or about information we hold on you, email hello@cloudspringitsolutions.com.

What we collect

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your business name, the service you're interested in, and a message. We only collect what you type in.

When you browse. Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical details of each request — such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time — in server logs used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, set up a discovery call.
• To keep the website secure and available.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in the contact form.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site. They process information on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Cloudflare — hosts the website and handles the requests you make to it, and runs Turnstile, a privacy-preserving check that stops automated spam on the contact form.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site; your browser requests them directly from Google.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used. It is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites.

The website itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If we add tools that do, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept in our email for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider for security purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hello@cloudspringitsolutions.com and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be called out clearly.
